Products
All of our items are handmade to order from the date of funds received. These items may take around 3 weeks to get to you; however, we will strive to get our products to you as soon as possible. If you require an order immediately please do contact us before you make your order and we will establish whether your time limit can be met. When ordering please make sure the measurements are correct, Nicole Gill Lingerie is not liable for garments made to the wrong measurements which were given at the time of ordering.
Once an order has been concluded you will receive a message via email confirming your order. Your garments will then be created to your individual measurements, once completed an email will be sent to you stating that your items have been dispatched.
Nicole Gill Lingerie provides our customers with the best quality garments. All products should be properly looked after and any faults due to lack of care will result in being non refundable or exchangeable.
Prices
All of Nicole Gill Lingerie’s prices are shown in Great British Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the present rate. Customers outside of the UK will be charged at their country’s currency rate. The prices of goods purchased are at the time when the order was confirmed. Prices to customers in the UK include delivery costs.
Payment
All orders will be put into production following the receipt of funds. Payment is accepted by means of PayPal or cheque. If the PayPal process has been chosen and the order is confirmed you will be automatically redirected to PayPal upon checkout. UK customers may alternatively pay via post with an enclosed cheque made payable to Nicole Gill Lingerie. Please get in touch via the contact form if you would like to pay by cheque.
Returns
Nicole Gill Lingerie will allow returns on faulty garments. However, the item must be unworn and we have to be notified within 7 days of delivery. Nicole Gill Lingerie must be aware of the garments faults before a return is agreed, any items which are not reported will not be refunded.
All returns must be sent via recorded delivery in suitable packaging with all original tags and labels still attached. Packaging must be marked clearly with ‘Returns’. Packages from outside the UK which are unmarked will incur custom charges and tax duty. Nicole Gill Lingerie has the right to refuse the product or charge all costs back to the customer. Nicole Gill Lingerie is not responsible for any items lost in the post.
Garments which are ordered at the wrong size are unable to be refunded. Please do check all measurements and for lingerie pieces do check our sizing tables.
Briefs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Made to measure bespoke corsets cannot be refunded unless it is proven faulty. In this case an exchange will be offered. Any garments which are returned worn or damaged through the customers fault will not be refunded.
Do not return any garments until we have replied to you.
Ordering
If you chose to cancel an order within 7 days of placing the order and manufacture has yet to start, please notify us and we will return the full costs directly to you.
Delivery
Delivery within the UK is free on all orders. All orders will be sent via recorded delivery and they must be signed for. Damaged garments by the courier may be refused upon arrival of delivery. Otherwise, Nicole Gill Lingerie must be notified immediately. Damaged packaging must be kept as proof against the courier.
World Wide Orders
Nicole Gill Lingerie will ship items anywhere in the world. These orders will incur a charge of £12; however, we are not responsible for import duties or taxes. These charges are out of our control.
Privacy
Nicole Gill Lingerie will not rent, share or sell any personal information which is given to us. Data may have to be released for legal purposes. It will not be handed over to third parties or commercial organisations. Any information given to us will be given full security procedures.
